SE4K Policies

CONSIDERATIONS FOR CHOOSING CLASSES

 

* Choose classes in the morning (8:30 - 11:30 am), the afternoon (12-3 pm) or both

* Choose Term 1 (June 19-July 7) and/or Term 2 (July 10 - July 28)

* All classes are Monday-Friday

* Each class costs $275 (all costs included).

* Classes offered are for enrichment only. No grades or progress reports will be given.

* Grade level reflects the grade your child will be entering in the coming school year.

* Classes for grades K-3 held at Farragut Elementary School - 10820 Farragut Drive.

* Classes for grades 4-8 held at Culver City Middle School - 4601 Elenda Street

* Free supervision provided at lunch & 30 minutes before and after school.

* Students staying during lunch must bring lunch from home. There is no food service.

* Extended care is available M-F 3:30-6 pm for $150 per term

 

TAKE 2 CLASSES TO FILL YOUR DAY FROM 8 AM - 3:30 PM FOR 6 WEEKS OF FUN.

* In-Person with cash, credit card (VISA/MasterCard/American Express) or check (up until 2 weeks prior to the beginning of the term(s))

REFUND POLICY                                                    

Our refund policy is applied uniformly and with NO EXCEPTIONS. All refund requests must be submitted via email to ccas@ccusd.org.

                                   TERM 1 CANCELLATIONS*

Up to June 1 - full refund except a $25 processing fee per student/per class

From June 2 to June 18 (day before start of Term 1) - 50% refund

After June 19 (first day of Term 1) - no refund

 

                                   TERM 2 CANCELLATIONS*

Up to June 1 - full refund except a $25 processing fee per student/per class

From June 2 through July 9 (day before start of Term 2) - 50% refund

After July 10 (first day of Term 2) - no refund

 

*No make-up days or prorated rates will be granted for illness or other absences.

 

DISCIPLINE POLICY

Students are expected to follow the same school rules as the school they attend during the school year. Disruptive behavior may lead to disciplinary action including dismissal without refund.
